Who are we?
Prior to founding Hagen Advisory , David Hagen gained 20 years of experience with the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier as responsible for:
In parallel to these activities, he has been teaching at the University of Luxembourg within the Master in Information Systems Security Management for 12 years.
He is a member of the Electronic Signature Committee of the Ministry of Economy (Ministerial Arrest of 17 December 2013).
He was also a consultant at PwC Luxembourg for five years in the field of financial IT,
Head of IT for the trading room at BIL,
Head of IT developments at Cetrel S.C (now Six Payment Services), where he contributed to the development of point-of-sale terminals for cards and designed with his teams the Luxembourg clearing system Lips-Net, now replaced by Target.
Co-author of the following academic publications:
He is a regular speaker at conferences and round tables organised by the ABBL , ALFI , ALRiM , ALCO , ISACA Luxembourg Chapter , IIA , etc.
- the supervision of the information systems of the supervised entities
- the supervision of the supporting PFS
